Launching our Home Education Page
LearnOnline recently held their first open event, inviting parents, learners and members of the local authorities to find out more information about home educating. It was a great success and we have received some wonderful feedback.
“Thank you so much/Diolch yn fawr iawn for such a great informative session. It is just great to have home education recognised as an alternative way to education”
“Thank you for today, it provided us with a lot of useful information”
“It was truly a fantastic morning”
” It was a brilliant event – thanks to all for organising it.”
“Thank you so much for the presentation this morning – it was very informative.”
Building on this success, and how well the information we provided has been received, we have decided to dedicate a page of our website purely to answer questions about home educating for families starting their IGCSEs and A Levels. This webpage aims to answer some of the questions which, if you’re new to home education, or you’re new to the exam stage of home educating, you may not know the answer to;
- Do you want to know the difference between an IGCSE and a GCSE?
- Do you want to know how many IGCSEs include written exams?
We have answered these, and more. A one stop page for answers.
If you have any ideas for more questions we can answer for our page, please get in touch, we want to be as open and accessible as possible.
Please visit Home Education page for more information and support.
