Privacy Notice
When you enrol with LearnOnline / LiveSchool as a student, tutor or mentor some personal data will be kept by the Commercial eLearning Team for reference purposes and directly related to your learning only.
This information will be:
- Name*
- Address*
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- Notes given with regards to your learning needs
- Courses enrolled upon
We will only share this information directly with your course tutors and staff within the team who have all been vetted by the Pembrokeshire College procedures.
*In order for us to send your course textbooks directly to you, we do have to provide your name and address to the book provider, which is a third party. If you prefer that we did not do this, please state this clearly when you place your order and we will send the textbooks from the College. Please note that this option will delay the textbooks being delivered to you, which is normally on a next day delivery.
Your rights and choices
Because we hold data about you, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data the College holds on you
- Require the College to rectify inaccuracies in that data
- Object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation (in some circumstances)
- Restrict processing (in some circumstances)
- Have your data erased (in certain circumstances)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s office (ICO) who is the independent regulator for data protection

Your data is stored securely and will be retained according to the retention schedule in the College’s Data Access and Protection Policy.
Data will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Community
We do not make decisions using automated profile and decision making systems. All decision making systems involve human intervention.
