During this pandemic, our team have been working remotely, often meaning we are juggling child care, and other at home commitments. This being said, it has allowed us to work outside of “office hours”, often meaning emails, queries and requests can be actioned more efficiently.
“I can imagine that life has been/is pretty stressful for you all at this time! On behalf of my son and I, I would just like to thank you for all your helpful emails and explanations regarding what students can expect and need to do over the coming weeks in order to complete their A’levels. We are so grateful to you for your help and support and so pleased to be in LearnOnline’s competent hands!” – (Mother of an A Level Student))
